Visitation Policy

At IGEMA TRA LLC, we strive to maintain a secure, professional, and welcoming environment while ensuring the highest standards of operational safety and compliance. Due to our certified facility guidelines and security requirements, we operate a strictly closed facility and cannot accommodate casual or free drop-in visits.

To ensure complete transparency and security for all parties, facility and warehouse visits are subject to the following protocols:

• Order Confirmation Requirement: In alignment with our standard operating procedures, visits to our office or stock warehouse are permitted only after a purchase order has been officially confirmed by the buyer.

• Mandatory Visitor Passes: Absolutely no visits are allowed without a valid visitor pass or prior to order confirmation, as our facility access is strictly monitored to protect our operations and clients.

• Witnessing Loading & Inspection: We deeply appreciate the interest buyers have in viewing our operations. To best assist serious buyers, scheduled visitors are welcome to personally witness the inspection and loading process as goods are loaded into containers, complete with the handover of original shipping documents on-site.

• Managing Facility Traffic: To maintain a reasonable and safe level of movement within our factory and warehouse environment, preliminary discussions, inquiries, and coordination can be efficiently managed via email and phone calls.

product booking ,container booking,loading,packaging,Insurance and third party inspection etc . We are open to go into a business contract to bond our business relationship with you if any consideration from your end .
